How much is car insurance per month for a 16 year old?

I really want to get a Pontiac G6 on my 16th Birthday, I`m just curious as to how much the car insurance would be on it !

you cant legally own a car until youre 18. so it will be in your parents name with your parents insurance.

Have your parents call their insurance company and ask how much its going to cost to add you to their policy.

You aren’t 18 so you cant enter a legal contract.

If the insurance is ONLY for you, then well over $100 per month. Maybe over $1000 per month.

If you can get an adult to agree to be on the insurance policy with you, then it will cost less. Not just less per person. Less total.
